At Sooshy, many of our menu items are naturally gluten-free and are prepared using gluten-free soy sauce, gluten-free teriyaki sauce, and gluten-free mayonnaise where specified.
We also use halal-certified chicken across our menu.
Our team takes care to clean and sanitise preparation areas and equipment between making different sushi varieties. However, all food is prepared in a shared kitchen environment, and while we take every reasonable precaution, we cannot guarantee the complete absence of gluten, allergens, or cross-contact with non-halal ingredients.
